this is my first layout for the color me daisy design team. American crafts papers and Heidi Swapp products.
thank you everyone for the kind words concerning my neighbor, Mary is her name. i like to think about life this way.. instead of having lost her from my life... i have gained all those moments in having known her in the first place and now she has gone on vacation, i'll miss her, but i respect and accept that my time in knowing her has passed yet still lives on in my heart. and as she has moved on to a different place; my life still moves on too. and i am thinking that everyone is still happy, because i chose to believe that. thanks again for being so sweet. especially nelle who said she wished she could send me some boston creme pie cupcakes...sounds yummy.. you know nelle, i don't know what boston creme pie taste like. i haven't had it.

Great layout! I love the journaling/title idea and the colors. I'm sorry for your loss but you are right - she lives on in memories and in everything that you do. People leave us a little better I believe.
