Lately, I have been a more adventurous eater. This is a rawfood burger...Nice presentation...I wasn't crazy about the taste though. I value and appreciate that I have choices in the food that I can eat.

23/365: I believe in Miracles
This photo is part of the story. Mike tests his cat Zoe's glucose levels everyday. He WAS giving him insulin shots...but about two weeks ago, his Cat Zoe's levels started to become normal and they have been normal now for one week consistantly with no shots. I believe that you can heal yourself.. Mike's cat can.

food: organic
The Green Gourmet is an organic restaurant. The fruits and vegetables come from local organic farms. The restaurant interior is made from sustainable and recycled materials. Eating organic is so amazing; the tastes are so rich and sweet in the Butternut Squash and Beet Salad. I had the opportunity to sample the Vegetarian Lasagna, but being a texture eater, I didn't care for the soft yet grilled Zucchini.

6/365: grateful bread
Learning about food and philosophy of food is so much fun. Talking to the restaurant owners of Grateful Bread was amazing. They gave me this bread. I am "grateful" for the time they spent with me for the bread they gave me. This is organic whole wheat and kamut bread.
