6/365: grateful bread

Learning about food and philosophy of food is so much fun. Talking to the restaurant owners of Grateful Bread was amazing. They gave me this bread. I am "grateful" for the time they spent with me for the bread they gave me. This is organic whole wheat and kamut bread.

I love fresh, organic bread. I have never had kumquat bread though. Sounds interesting.
