Okay if you haven't felt motivated then here is a baby steps schedule to follow.
Monday- no meat Meatless Monday
Tuesday- no dairy
Wednesday- no fast food (you don't want to be eating this anyway)
Thursday- no meat, no dairy, and no fast food.
Friday- try Kale, Go to the Whole Food Buffet and eat dinner vegan style
Saturday- make a smoothie
Sunday- plan some healthy vegan meals, try hummus, eating sprouts.
