Day 13- Go vegan

I  hope you have been trying to eat well and are now close to being off of dairy and reducing your meat consumption.  The energy levels  should be going up.  I noticed  it after a month the surge  was awesome.

B12  is important.

It is not scary  it is the only supplement I take.  I am healthy.
