Sprinkle the chia seeds in your oatmeal, or on your sprouted grains bread or whole wheat toast or English muffin, like I do.
Now is the time to begin the exclusion: from this day forth no butter or margarine in your diet not separate or added or as a cooking oil.
Have this for breakfast on Day 2: 1/2 tablespoon spoon of chia seeds on whole wheat toast smeared with organic unsweetened peanut butter and a mug of green tea and a vitamin B-12 tablet
